Why can't I login?

To access InsiderToday, you must sign up first. Once you have signed up, you will be able to login to the members site using your email address/user name and a password.

What should I do if I forget my password?

If you forgot your password, click the link under the Login area. Then you will be prompted to enter your email address and answer the security question. If the information you entered is correct, the system will generate a new password and email it to you. For security reasons, we have encrypted your password, so we are unable to retrieve your old password for you in this situation.

What is a watch-list?

A watch-list is a list of stocks you are interested in. You can add a stock to your watch-list and let the InsiderToday system send you an alert email if an insider transaction involving this stock is detected.

What is a portfolio?

A portfolio is a list of stocks you have bought or short sold. You can add a stock to your portfolio and let the InsiderToday system send you an alert email if an insider transaction involving this stock is detected.

What types of screeners are available?

Transaction Screener and Company Screener. To find insider transactions for a specific time period, use the Transaction Screener. Note that you can specify your own screening criteria, such as transaction type, total transaction amount, share price, average volume. Use the Company Screener to find filings submitted by a specific company: type the ticker symbol in the search box and specify your screening criteria. If you don't know the ticker symbol, click Symbol Lookup located on the Company Screener page next to the search box.

What is a screening agent?

A screening agent is your saved screener (with all the screening criteria set by you). It serves two purposes: a) You can save your frequent screener as an agent and launch it later with one click; b) Enable its email notification functionality so that it will notify you of all matching insider transactions, in real-time or daily depending on your subscription plan.

Why is my Email Notification status Pending?

A Pending status indicates that you have tried to enable email notification, but do not have an active subscription. Once you subscribe to a plan, your Email Notification status will be changed from Pending to either Realtime or Daily.
